n8n Workflow Library

n8n workflows connecting CRM data, team tools, AI services, and the operational handoffs around them.

These workflows were built around business processes rather than isolated automations: records move, owners get context, follow-up happens, and the next team receives what it needs.

How it comes together

When a process crosses several apps or needs custom logic, I use n8n to keep the steps in one understandable workflow.

  1. Receive event
  2. Check the data
  3. Choose a path
  4. Update systems

I also design for missing information, repeated events, and failed API calls—not just the successful test run.

What I build

These workflows connect real business tools, customer records, and AI services with clear rules.

CRM sync and data movement

Keep contacts and company records aligned across systems without creating unnecessary duplicates.

  1. Airtable
  2. HubSpot
  3. sync status

Lead routing and qualification

Check incoming lead details and pass the right record to the right CRM owner.

  1. New lead
  2. check fit
  3. assign owner

APIs and custom workflows

Use webhooks, HTTP requests, branches, and custom code when native connectors are not enough.

  1. Webhook
  2. API request
  3. validated update

AI and operational workflows

Use AI for summaries and drafts, then connect the results to tasks, notifications, and reporting.

  1. CRM context
  2. AI draft
  3. team review

FAQ

What do you build with n8n?

I use n8n for CRM sync, lead routing, enrichment, client onboarding, AI-assisted follow-up, reporting, API integrations, webhooks, data transformation, and workflows that need several systems to cooperate reliably.

When would you choose n8n instead of Zapier?

I reach for n8n when the workflow needs deeper branching, custom API calls, more control over data, reusable sub-workflows, code, or a more involved orchestration layer. Zapier is often faster for straightforward handoffs between well-supported apps.

Can n8n connect custom APIs and internal tools?

Yes. If a system exposes a usable API or webhook, n8n can usually sit between it and the rest of the stack to receive, transform, validate, route, and send data as part of a larger workflow.

Do all n8n workflows need AI?

No. Most reliable business automation is still deterministic. I add AI when interpretation, summarization, classification, or drafting improves the workflow, not simply because a model can be inserted into it.
